- Winning bidders will receive an email invoice the morning after the auction ends with payment and pick up instructions
- Movers will be available during schedule pick up hours to assist with loading

Auction Pickup – Wednesday, 5/20/2020, from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M. ONLY.
Please follow Ohio guidelines: wear a mask and remain in your vehicle. Please be patient, and expect some wait time.
MOVING ASSISTANCE will only be provided between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M. If you have large items and require assistance loading, please come between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M. PLEASE bring a vehicle which will accommodate your items. If the vehicle is too small, we reserve the right to refuse to load, or to charge you $50.00 to tie down and secure your items.
If you have not paid by 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, 5/20/2020, we will charge the credit card on file. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT AUCTION PICKUP UNLESS IT IS FOR MOVING STAFF GRATUITIES.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Please enter the first driveway (along the front of the building) and continue around to the back of the building to enter the Auction Pickup area. PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE. Please refer to the PDF map to the right for visual instructions.
