Transitional Design Online Liquidation Original Artwork Broadview Hts, OH #245S
This Large Liquidation Features Artwork of noted Master Artist John E. Poti (JEP). Mr. Poti (05/21/27 – 02/20/2016) was born in Hungary, served in WWII as a US Army Signal Corp cryptographic technician. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio Wesleyan and graduated from the prestigious Cleveland Institute of Art. He taught for over 30 years in Ashtabula, Cleveland, Bedford and the Cleveland Museum of Art. As you will see in many of his works listed, he focused his modernist expressionistic style on the Amish life, workmen aboard ships and circus acrobats. His works include acrylics, oils, drawings and watercolors, and have been exhibited in numerous shows and galleries. Many of his works are now included in private collections. We will be hosting 2 online auctions of approximately 70 works each - don’t miss this opportunity to add to your John Poti collection and/or collection of original art. PDF at right contains addition information on the artist.
NOTE: We are NOT art experts, we describe the items to the best of our ability. We cannot confirm with 100% certainty whether a piece is oil or acrylic etc. While it is easy to determine that most of the art pieces are original, some - those with glass frames, we cannot confirm with 100% certainty that they are original works – drawings/watercolor, verses a print. Please do your due diligence. As noted below you can view all of these items during our normal store hours.
