Viewing:
You can view the auction items any time during our resale store hours: Mon/Tues 10-5; Wed 10-7; Thurs/Fri/Sat 10-5. It is your responsibility to view the item prior to bidding to ensure your satisfaction. We make every effort to describe items correctly. Items are sold “as is” and no refunds will be given. All upholstered furniture as well as mattresses and box springs have been sanitized and sterilized with Sterifab disinfectant spray.
Auction Pickup:
Please bring your own packing materials. Movers will be available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday for help loading large items. No movers will be available on Saturday, therefore you will need to bring help for loading large or heavy items.
*If an item has to be disassembled or extra time is needed, a fee may be added. Transitional Design is not responsible for damage to your vehicle or auction item during loading.
Payment:
You will receive an invoice after the auction has ended and payment will be processed using the credit card you have on file. IMPORTANT: The address in your profile must match the address on your credit card.
